You send
A text or an email saying what you need and what you have. A link, a screenshot, a spreadsheet, whatever explains it. Rough is fine.

I reply
Usually the same day, with a plan in plain words and a fixed price. If it's something I can show you first, I'll build a small piece and send that instead.

When the plan is right, not before. Fixed price, paid once. If it's a thing that runs monthly, you'll know the number up front and it won't change on you.

You get the working thing, the files, and a short note on how to use it. If it breaks, tell me and I'll fix it.
Who's behind it
One person, in New York.
I'm Andres. Everyone calls me Dre. I build software out of New York, and DreLytics is the company that work lives under.
Ops Pilot started as a tool I built for myself while packing orders in a warehouse, because nothing we had could keep count. CounterReady came from watching corner delis hand a third of every order to delivery apps. I build the things I wished existed.
There's no account manager and no team to hand you off to. You write to me, I do the work, I send it back. That's the whole company, and it's why it moves fast.
